Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

Note: Some packages, such as standard international deliveries, aren't trackable.

To track your package:

- Go to Login to my account

- Your Orders.

- Go to the order you want to track.

- Select Track Package next to your order.

Note: If your package shows as delivered, but you haven't yet received it, go to Find a Missing Package that Shows as Delivered for more information.

Most packages arrive on time, but, sometimes, the tracking may show as "delivered" and you don't have your package.

Ask the relevant carrier if there is more information about the location of the package. See Carrier Contact Information

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it within 48 hours of expected delivery:

Note: Some carriers may deliver until 10 pm.

1. Verify the shipping address in Your Orders.

2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

3. Look around the delivery location for your package.

4. See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.

5. Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.

6. Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.

Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date.

Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

- Incorrect address.

- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number.

- Severe weather conditions.

- International customs procedures. 

The recommended actions are:
1. Confirm estimated delivery date and address in Your Orders.

2. Check payment processing in Your Orders.

3. Wait 48 hours to allow for unexpected delays.

4. After 48 hours, contact us.

Shipping charges will depend upon the quantity, weight and dimensions of each item in your order. Shipping costs are shown and calculated before you checkout, please proceed to checkout to see costs for your order.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. 24 hours after the order is placed, the products are sent to their destination.

2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–19 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS, which is a US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 3 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping speed and the weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate and time for items in your Cart:

1. Select Proceed to checkout.

2. Select or add your shipping address.

3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue.

4. Select a payment method and select Continue.

The total shipping & handling cost as well as the estimated date of delivery, is listed under Order Summary.

Returns & Refunds

Yes (if applicable). We’ll happily refund your purchase if you’re not absolutely satisfied, within 30 days of delivery. Must be in original condition with original case and tags in which they were sent.

Shopping Cart

To add an item to your shopping cart select Add to cart beneath the Buy It Now button on any fixed-price listing.

To view the items you've previously placed in your cart, select the cart icon at the top right-hand corner of screen. You can then select Go to checkout, or continue shopping.

If you're no longer interested in an item in your cart, select Remove next to the item. You also have the option to Save for later if you'd still like to keep track of the item.

Saved items can be viewed further down the shopping cart page, and you can add them back to your cart by selecting Add back to cart.

The reason why an item could be automatically removed from your cart.

For example: Someone else may have purchased the item and it is not in stock

My Account

You can update the address, payment method, and more, on orders that haven't entered the shipping process.

Important: Orders that have entered the shipping process can't be modified.

To change your order information:

1. Go to Your Orders in Your Account.

2. Select Order for the order you want to change.

3. Select Change next to the details you want to modify (delivery shipping address, payment method, etc.).

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet.

1. Go to Your Orders and select the order you want to cancel.

2. Select the check box next to each item you want to remove from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all of the items.

3. Select Cancel checked items when finished.

After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the email address on your account.

CVV2 code is a number that indicates the authenticity of your credit card.

The CVV2 is printed on the back of your card. It is unique and indicates the validity of the card.

The location of the CVV2 depends on the card: In the case of VISA / MASTERCARD, this number is printed in the signature space on the back of the card, and it corresponds to the three last digits of the number located in this space. In the case of American Express, this code corresponds to the four-digits number printed on the front of your card, just above the card number.

Security & Privacy



For manufacturing defects, replacements are available within 12 months of purchase. Warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused by general use, fading or peeling of frames or the loss of screws due to neglect. Mirror lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear on mirror lens sunglasses do not make them eligible for exchanges.
